Preston S 109
This is a light side Cloud City themed duel deck built to be played against The Battle for Cloud City (Dark).
Setup
Start with Cloud City: Guest Quarters and Careful Planning out a second battleground site. The Casino or West Gallery are good choices.
Entertainment
Head to the Casino to play Sabacc with your gamblers and smugglers or Lando himself. Make a wager or two with Figrin D'an.
Security
Lobot and his troops patrol the walkways and corridors of the city. Han and Leia are visiting, and Chewie has his blaster.
In The Clouds
The weather is great for cruising the skies, taking in the view, or simply relaxing in your Guest Quarters.
But be careful, Lando just made a deal that will keep the Empire out of here forever...

I try to make all of my duel decks as thematic as possible. Shocking Information and Shocking Revelation are just a thematic way to cycle and track 5 destiny draws. Very useful for weapons, battle destiny, and even things like Figrin D'an, Cloud City Sabacc and Off The Edge. The beauty of duel decks is you can include a lot of 'fun' cards without worrying too much about their power level. You only have to balance the decks against each other. |
I'm a returning player to the game, and I'm glad I stumbled on this site. The decks that are on here are really helping me improve my deck making a great deal. I have a specific question about the inclusion of Shocking Information in this deck (and the equivalent Shocking Revelation in the DS deck).
I'm really at a loss to figure out why they are in the deck. Is it just to easily cycle Destiny 5 cards through your draw structure? Or is it a response to Meta concerns about SCOMP access and looking at hands?
