Starting cards are:

First Turn: Pull Ominous Rumors from Reserve Deck. Deploy it to the Endor System. If it's not there take Establish Secret Base into hand. Lose You Cannot Hide Forever for Perimeter Patrol. You should have at least one cheap Imperial (ideally a Biker Scout) in your opening hand. Deploy them to control the Bunker. This is will make it very difficult for your opponent to beat down on you on Endor sites, unless they are playing a Rebel Strike Team. Even still, it will impede their progress.

Focus on getting the required AT-STs and Biker Scouts to control locations enabling you to deploy Establish Secret Base and flip the objective. You don't have a lot of strength in ground forces, but use AT-STs and AT-ATs with pilots.

Commander Merrejk will allow you to pull battleground systems. Establish your control of Endor System (with huge force drain bonuses) and spread out to other systems. Your Admiral's Order will make deploying your pilots to the capital starships very cheap. Use Presence Of The Force to increase your force drains and force generation.
